1. Acceptance of Terms of Use
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the sp2s platform — including the website, mobile app, and all related services — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be fully bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the sp2s platform.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and sp2s as the platform provider. This agreement covers all transactions, interactions, and use of the services provided. Users under the age of 18 are not permitted to register for or use this platform under any circumstances.
Sp2s reserves the right to modify these terms at any time without prior individual notice. Changes take effect immediately upon being posted on this page. Continued use of the platform following any changes to the terms constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
2. Account Creation and Security Responsibilities
Each user is permitted to hold only one registered account on sp2s. Multiple account registrations by the same individual are strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended or permanently closed without any compensation or refund of balances.
When registering, you are required to provide accurate, truthful, and complete information including your full name, phone number, and any other required details. sp2s reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time to confirm the validity of the information provided. Failure to provide accurate information or the requested documents may result in your account being suspended until the verification process is complete.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password. sp2s will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access resulting from your failure to keep your login credentials secure. 3. User Responsibilities and Rules
Users agree to use the sp2s platform solely for lawful personal entertainment purposes and to comply with all applicable laws and regulations. The following actions are specifically prohibited and may result in immediate action against your account:
- Using automated software, bots, or other technical means to exploit the platform
- Engaging in any form of fraud, manipulation, or dishonest conduct during gameplay
- Attempting to access another user's account without authorisation
- Sharing or lending your account to another party
- Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal activity
- Collecting or storing other users' personal data without authorisation
Sp2s reserves the right to investigate any activity suspected of violating these rules and to take appropriate action, including suspending or terminating accounts without prior notice.
4. Payments, Deposits and Withdrawals
All financial transactions on the sp2s platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Accepted payment methods include Boost eWallet, Touch 'n Go, FPX, and other methods listed on the platform at the time of the transaction.
Users are responsible for ensuring that deposited funds are from legitimate sources and are their own personal property. sp2s reserves the right to request verification of the source of funds at any time before processing a withdrawal. Withdrawals will only be processed to the same or associated account or payment method used for the deposit.
Sp2s is not responsible for any fees charged by third-party payment service providers. Transaction processing times are subject to each payment provider's own policies, and sp2s is not liable for delays caused by such third parties. Any transaction disputes must be reported within 30 days of the transaction date.
5. Liability Limits and Account Policies
Platform Liability Limits
Sp2s shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to in-game financial losses, service disruptions due to technical maintenance, or failures caused by the user's internet connection. Under no circumstances shall sp2s's maximum liability to any user exceed the total amount deposited by that user in the 30 days preceding the claim.
Sp2s does not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times without interruption. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may occur, and sp2s will endeavour to minimise any such downtime.
Account Suspension and Closure
Sp2s reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice if there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, a breach of terms, or any activity that is harmful to the platform or other users. For accounts suspended pending identity verification, funds will be frozen until the verification process is complete. For accounts permanently closed due to a breach of terms, sp2s reserves the right to forfeit any bonuses or promotional credits in the account, while any actual cash balance will be processed for return at sp2s's discretion once the investigation is concluded.
Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may contact the sp2s support team via email. All eligible balance withdrawals will be processed within the stipulated timeframe after the voluntary account closure request has been received and verified.
6. Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links & Governing Law
Intellectual Property
All content on the sp2s platform, including but not limited to designs, logos, text, graphics, user interfaces, software code, and brand names, is the exclusive property of sp2s or its respective licensors. Users may not copy, modify, distribute, publicly display, or exploit any platform content without prior written consent from sp2s. Unauthorised use of the sp2s brand name or any corporate identity elements for commercial purposes is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
Third-Party Links and Services
The sp2s platform may contain links or integrations to third-party services such as payment providers and game suppliers. sp2s is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of such third parties. Users are advised to read and understand the relevant third-party terms and conditions before using their services through the sp2s platform.
Governing Law and Changes to Terms
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiations. Should negotiations fail, the dispute will be referred to the appropriate courts of jurisdiction in Malaysia.
